Telephone System Information
For your convenience the Management have installed a computer based telephone system with a built in
Voice Message Service. Calls are charged on a unit basis, for full costings please contact Reception.

For an outside Line: Press 9
For Emergency Services: Dial 9999
To speak to a Receptionist: Dial 0
For Room Service: Dial 132
To listen to a Compact Disc:(this service Is Free of Charge) Press TRNS/PGM, them dial 73
To End Music: Press TRNS/PGM, Then dial 73
Wake-up calls: Press TRNS/PGM, dial 41 follow by the required time, then Press Hold/Save. Use the 24 hour clock.
To Cancel Wake-up calls: Press TRNSIPGM, dial 42 and then press Hold/Save.
To confirm the time: Press 671 (Free of Charge)
To confirm the Date: Press 672 (Free of Charge)
To call Rooms 1-9 Press 10 Followed by the room No.
Rooms 10-40 Press 1 Followed by the room No. (Free of Charge)

Voice Mail Messaging
The Hotel telephone system has an in built Voice Messaging Service, for use whilst you are away from your room. We are happy to provide this service FREE OF CHARGE.
To Record a message: Lift the handset and dial 674. At the prompt record your message, then replace the handset. From this point your phone is divested to voicemail.
To listen to your Recording: Lift the Handset and dial 676.
To Delete your Recording: Lift the Handset and dial 675.

Upon your return, if there are any messages for you the Call BK key will be flashing.
To Retrieve your Messages: Lift the Handset and press the flashing CALL BK key.
Please Note: The GOLDSTAR telephone handsets in this hotel are manufactured for specific use on the Hotels private switching system, and will therefore not operate on any other telephone sockets or line.
